RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Our pieces are handcrafted to order and all sales are final, therefore we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. Our one-of-a-kind pieces are made to order therefore slight differences between the photos and actual product will occur.  Please contact us with any questions/concerns.


If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us immediately from our Contact Page.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

REPAIRS

Lots of love and aloha is put into each piece we create, but if there is a craftsmanship defect, we will repair your jewelry purchased through our website.  Repair fees are based on the complexity of repair needed.  Jewelry purchased at any of our exclusive retailers must be returned to the store of purchase and is subject to their store return/repair policy. Please handle your jewelry with care.

 

 

JEWELRY CARE

Please wear your pieces with care. Sea glass and shells are fragile.  Each of our unique handcrafted pieces are made with Sterling Silver or Fine Silver.  Over time, sterling silver can oxidize and tarnish with extended wear and exposure to natural elements. Regular polishing with a soft jewelry cloth (sold at most drug stores) is best to polish your sterling silver jewelry and small pieces can also be dipped with a silver cleaner.  DO NOT dip any piece that contains pearls or shells.  Simply wipe with the soft jewelry cloth to clean.

 

SHELLS AND SEA GLASS

Hawaiian seashells and sea glass are natural entities; therefore no two pieces are exactly the same in size, shape and color.   We try our very best to meet your requests with each of our custom pieces.
