SHIPPING

Each one-of-a-kind piece is handcrafted to order.  Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped... but MOST pieces are made and shipped within 1-3 days business days!

US SHIPPING 

​

US packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include Tracking are $5.  If you would like to add insurance, please send a message through our Contact Page.  Otherwise, once packages are given to the post office, they are considered delivered and we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​

International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $15. Please keep in mind that all international orders take varying lengths of time. Registered mail, tracking, and/or insurance available per request. Otherwise once packages are given to the post office, we consider them delivered and we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged.  We do provide a Customs Number that is often helpful with tracking your package.  We are not responsible for customs fees, etc. which may be required by your country.

LOST ITEMS

​

While this rarely happens, we are not liable for lost, delayed or stolen packages during transit.  It is the customers responsibility to contact their local post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
